In agreement with the data of the Bulgarian National Institute of statistics, national Agency for the sale of real estate and tourism has recorded 8% growth in the number of guests staying in the country from Serbia, Russia and Turkey at the end of 2012. However, the number of European tourists remain at the same level of performance that is scheduled to change during the implementation of new programs for the development of brand tourist Bulgaria.
It is noteworthy that the total number of Russian tourists, many of whom were already owners of local real estate, at the end of last year increased by 70%, the guests from Serbia was 21% more, and Turkish citizens began to come to Bulgaria six times more often in comparison with 2011.
