A budget of €25,000 is the most treacherous in 2026. Unlike eternal construction sites for €15k, here you might be offered a visually decent studio. But be aware: behind this price, in 98% of cases, there is a legal or infrastructural defect that makes the asset illiquid.
What is actually sold for €25,000:
- Eternal "Act 15". Buildings physically built but not commissioned for years. You will pay for utilities at industrial rates.
- Ghost Locations. Complexes in the fields (5+ km from the sea) without roads or shops, accessible only by car.
- Fake Objects. These are non-existent properties designed to get your call and switch you to an expensive apartment.
