Real estate under 30,000 euros – what you can realistically buy in 2026
In 90% of cases, properties under €30,000 have critical flaws: lack of Act 16, non-residential status (basement/storage), industrial electricity rates, or management debt. In 2026, only two types of liquid assets are available for this price:
- Studios (30-40 sqm): Resale market, 500-800m from the sea. Includes furniture and basic appliances. Status: urgent sale.
- One-bedroom (40-50 sqm): 2-3km from the coastline. Condition: shell and core (raw concrete), no plumbing or furniture.
