Export of cash

Noble materials
Bulgarian citizens and foreign persons crossing the border of the state have the right of unimpeded transportation of processed and unprocessed precious stones and metals in the following quantities:
Gold, and platinum coins or bullion to 37 g (without regard to the content of the noble metal��); |
Jewelry and accessories weighing up to 60 grams of platinum and gold (without regard to the content of precious metal); |
Processed and semi-processed silver in coins and silver ornaments weighing up to 300 g (without regard to the content of precious metal); |
Inlaid in jewelry (see paragraph 2) gems - 3 products. |
Precious metals, precious stones and articles thereof exceeding the established weight thresholds must be declared in accordance with established standards.
Duty-free import of alcohol and cigarettes
Alcohol:
- Beer — 16 litres;
- Not sparkling wine 4 litres;
- Strong and sparkling wine — 2 liters;
- Spirits (from about 22. %) - 1 litre.
Tobacco products:
- Tobacco — 250 g;
- Cigarettes — 200 PCs.;
- Cigar — 50 PCs.;
- Cigarillos (the weight of one to 3 grams) — 100 PCs.
Import products. It is prohibited to import to Bulgaria meat or dairy products.
The importation of goods. If You are receiving the goods at the total cost over 100 euros and less than 1500 euros, you must pay tax 5%. Note that the value of the goods cannot be divided by all members of Your family. You also need to pay VAT.
Export of goods. The export of goods from Bulgaria need to have receipts and proof that when buying goods, You pay VAT (20%). If You submit this document, it is possible that You will return the sum of the paid VAT on the customs.
Not allowed to take away the goods if at the time of his purchase has been more than three months.
