- Shell condition (Bulgarian State Standard). The exact specification varies, but it may include double-glazed windows, plastered walls and a cement screed floor.
- Turnkey apartment. A turnkey apartment normally has windows, internal doors, finished floors, painted or prepared walls and installed sanitary fittings. Air conditioning, heating and a water heater may be included, but the contract specification is decisive.
- Furnished turnkey apartment. This includes the turnkey finish plus some or all furniture and appliances. Check the inventory before signing or completing the purchase.
