The pace of price growth in the second quarter of 2017 Bulgaria is ranked 16th among the 55 analyzed countries. These data are published by consulting company Knight Frank in the next report on trends in the global property market in the second quarter of 2017.
According to the report, in the second quarter of 2017 the annual growth of cost per square meter in Bulgaria was 8.8% and in the first quarter of 2017 and 8.1%.
In comparison with the first quarter of this year, real estate prices during the period under review increased by 1.8%. In the calculations, Knight Frank used the data of European statistical Bureau Eurostat.
In the published rating of the leader of Iceland (+23,2%), followed by Hong Kong (+21.1 per cent) and Malta (+14,6%). In turn, Malta is recognized as the fastest growing housing market in the Eurozone.
According to the report, the housing market in most EU member States shows a positive trend, but the trend of slowing price growth.
