Analytical Institute, focused on working with statistical data about the development of tourism in Bulgaria, reports that more than 60% of Russian tourists this season rests or will rest in the private apartments located throughout the state. In addition, new requirements about obtaining visa documents to the local owners of the apartments will further simplify the process of crossing the borders between cooperating countries in order to ensure the normal Russian interest in Bulgarian resorts and real estate.
