Information sources, citing statistics report that over the last few years about five billion Euros of investment has come from Russian investors in the Bulgarian property market. To date, more than 110 thousand of our compatriots are owners of real estate on the most famous resorts in Bulgaria where the average price is from 50 000 – 70 000 Euro.
It is noteworthy that even before the accession of Bulgaria to the European Union countries, Russian buyers are actively buying property in emerging resorts of the country. In addition, even the economic crisis of 2008, which have significantly reduced consumer demand for the property, did not affect the progression of this trend. As the experts in the field of investment and real estate, the Russians will continue to lead the list of foreign nationals wanting to buy property in Bulgaria for vacation.
