This week, members of Eurostat has registered the highest growth rate of new construction in the European Union – this year the leader of the increased construction volumes became Bulgaria. Overall, the pace of construction in the Euro area were somewhat reduced in comparison with the previous year. So in some EU countries the volume of construction were reduced by more than 10% - 20%, for example, in Slovenia today, a decline of 21.1%, Germany 5.3%, and in Portugal, minus increased to 19.1%.
Meanwhile, Bulgaria has a positive effect on the General state of European construction, adding to the growth of its indicators 5.6% and this despite the visible economic difficulties that forced to endure a young European state. Because of this, new apartments in Bulgaria near the sea grows a number. Thus regulated the price of all housing.
