After years of wrangling, the deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, finally "blessed" Amnesty for all construction projects built in the state until March 31, 2001. However, the change in the law on standards of modern construction provides for a one-year term to legitimize these "apples of discord", in which developers or owners of buildings must ensure compliance of the building with all regulatory requirements.
