According to the National statistical Institute of Bulgaria, for the first two quarters of 2015, the number of transactions with resort real estate has decreased significantly. The decrease compared to the same period last year amounted to more than 20%. How this trend will affect property prices in the resorts of Bulgaria?
Experts agree that the current stagnation is caused, in particular, decreased activity of Russian buyers, temporary and capable of slightly lower prices in the medium term.
