Russian diplomats aimed at the implementation of the project are available in Bulgaria, for more than a year negotiating with the representatives of the government of the Republic of Belarus, as do Russia and Bulgaria more open to the public. So today, flights to Bulgaria and back exercises only Russian company "Aeroflot", which creates excitement and unreasonably high price for passenger transportation.
