According to data published by the National statistics Institute of Bulgaria, in the past 10 years among foreign buyers of Bulgarian property special demand 2-room apartment. Increased demand for one bedroom apartments, according to the realtors, due to the following factors: a relatively small maintenance costs, lower the cost of the furniture, and consistently high demand for rental 2-room apartments.
Interestingly, in 2014 the market situation of real estate sales in Bulgaria was almost identical: 2-room apartment - 41%, 3-bedroom and 27%, Studio – 16%, 4-room) – 10%.
Yet it is worth noting an interesting trend in the first months of 2015, when the primary market was marked by an increased demand for 2-and 3-bedroom apartments. As a result, developers quickly began for the redevelopment of new residential complexes to increase the number of bedrooms in the apartment. However, the greatest number of deals, as before, we have 2-room apartments on secondary real estate market!
