Despite some economic difficulties which here already more than one year Bulgaria suffers, trying to match the relatively new status of EU member, in Sofia approved the construction of skyscrapers – the first skyscrapers in the country. Projects of high-rise buildings in the city center and the Boulevard Tsarigradsko already underway, the completion of which is planned for late 2013 or early 2014. The height of the building in the centre of Sofia will reach 112 meters, while his opponent on the Boulevard will "grow" to 126 meters.
According to local media, this project will allow all the figures of the construction business, namely investors, architects and developers to appreciate the prospects of the Bulgarian real estate market and construction in developing the state capital.
