According to leading experts in the development and evaluation of the prospects of the modern real estate markets, Bulgaria remains strange with attractive tax system in the field of purchasing, maintenance, sales & resale properties. To date, the transaction on the purchase is the sum of the costs:
- tax on transfer of ownership of the home buying person;
- fee in the amount of 0.1% of the total cost of the facility for the entry of ownership in the state register;
- the cost of notarial services;
