According to experts for the first 8 months of 2014, property in Varna rose by 13.3% compared with the same period last year. This is due to the increase of the total number of transactions and the increasing interest of foreign buyers for Bulgarian property at sea.
Although property prices in Varna are still far from pre-crisis levels, the gap is about 35% - this trend clearly demonstrates the gradual resuscitation of the market. On the background of increasing economic growth and enhancing foreign investments, this fact gives experts the confidence about the early release of the country from the crisis.
