Previously, property owners had requested required to sell the documents to the Cadastral Agency, getting them not earlier than 14 days and pay for this service up to 200 leva.
Now the Bulgarian notaries have the opportunity to give to their clients (the owners of the real estate) cadastral maps and charts of real estate, because of the availability of free access to maps of the state cadastre. Thus, every seller of real estate will now be able to obtain cadastral maps and charts directly at the notary, and not to buy sketches or request them in person at the Cadastral Agency.
