The German model of construction, which formed the basis of a new draft law on the introduction of European standards in the technology of the Bulgarian construction of public and private buildings, provides for the facilitation of the process of issuing normative documents, namely act No. 16. Thus, examination of the current law on the lease of buildings in operation, have revealed a number of "loopholes" allowing unscrupulous officials to issue illegal permits for the construction of barracks throughout the country.
The new law, as an intelligent control system will significantly simplify the task of designers working in the country, as well as small and large construction firms engaged the erection of new buildings and repairs of varying complexity.
