Representatives of the National Institute of Statistics reported a 23% reduction in the rate of issuing permits for the erection of new buildings on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, in comparison with the data of the last quarterly report of 2012. However, already in the first months of the current year in different parts of the country saw the construction of 399 residential units and complexes, as well as 22 buildings for administrative purposes.
Meanwhile, the Bulgarian property market opposite demonstrates the development in the demand for apartments with high levels of comfort and a new layout. So max sale along with new construction were recorded in Burgas, then in Plovdiv, the resorts of Varna, and finally, in Sofia.
