Representatives of leading real estate companies on the Bulgarian market of real estate revealed new, the main criteria for the selection and purchase of luxury and as a consequence luxury apartments:
- the location (distance from the sea or other resorts);
- the area of the object, as well as nearby gentrified areas (the presence of pools, gazebos, lawns with thoughtful landscaping).
It is pleasant to note the fact that in 2011 the market of real estate in Bulgaria has developed a special rate. It should be noted that the number of transactions on purchase/sale of luxury suites, more than twice the number of sales over the past year. Thus, the presence of demand stimulates investment in the luxury segment of the real estate market.
