The recent conclusion of the national Assembly on the extension of restrictions on the acquisition of the Bulgarian land by citizens of the neighbouring States for a period of 6 years is considered invalid. The trial of the case filed more than 50 deputies, which resulted in the identified constitutional violation of the rights of buying and selling Bulgarian lands. For this reason, a moratorium on the purchase of the lands of Bulgaria by foreign persons should cease to exist at the appointed time and cannot be extended.
Recall that recently, the inspection process of European integration of Bulgaria, was established the impossibility of extending acts regulating purchase and sale of the public lands of the Republic. Taken by Bulgaria obligations require strict compliance with previously signed agreements with the heads of the European Union, which means January 1 next year, the moratorium on the purchase of agricultural land Bulgaria must be completely cancelled.
