The next Moscow international property exhibition "InvestmentShow" will be held in the pavilions of the Trade and Exhibition Center "Tishinka" from 10 to 11 October 2014. The event will be interesting to Russians who are planning to buy a residential property in Bulgaria or in more than 30 countries around the world. Investment proposals will be presented by more than 150 companies, including real estate Agency “BolgarskiyDom”.
The exhibition focused solely on the Russian customer and organized in accordance with the latest trends and the most popular markets for domestic investors countries. Visitors will be able to see the entire portfolio of real estate Bulgaria, Spain, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and Turkey.
Given the high demand for Bulgarian property among Russians, the organizers took this country in the event a separate sector. In the Bulgarian pavilion program will include seminars and round tables, some of which assume free entry and direct communication with experts from Bulgaria. The workshops will address visa issues, market trends and the latest changes in taxation and the scope of mortgage lending in Bulgaria.
