Representatives of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Bulgaria together with the resort municipality of Sozopol initiated the construction of new treatment facilities aimed at servicing more than 65 thousand Bulgarians living in the territory of the city, and also visitors who are staying at local black sea beaches. The project, in addition to new construction and includes an overhaul of existing infrastructure of water supply. To date has provided more than 75 million BGN for the implementation of the planned works.
According to experts, the completion of construction of treatment facilities maximally exclude the possibility of contamination of the Black sea, through which residents and tourists can enjoy the really clean resorts.
