New records beat Bulgarian tourism for the year of 2013. Only in the third quarter of this year, turnover from highly intensified in the country of the tourist flow amounted to slightly more than three billion Euros or of 4.04 billion U.S. dollars. In addition to "cash" the record was reached and the highest number of foreign tourists arriving in Bulgaria, not only from neighboring countries but also with quite remote corners of the planet.
Thus, such a nice performance, of course, had an impact on developing the local real estate market, which reopened its potential in new construction, and therefore in the sale of new buildings and semi-annual buildings near the seaside resorts and the capital of the state. So according to analysts, the average price per square meter in the Republic amounts to BGN 865.
