Total cost of residential property in Bulgaria is due not only to a sharp increase in the demand and purchasing power among the inhabitants of the state itself, but also the final introduction in the construction of European standards and quality norms. The increase in the number of construction projects aimed at eliminating the needs in residential areas among the growing population of Bulgaria, and will lead to a guaranteed higher prices for new apartments in 2014 – 2015.
According to experts, the maintenance of fire safety norms and standards taking into account the external impact of deforming forces on the building will increase the cost of new construction by almost 15%. For this reason the Bulgarian realtors report a possible 10% increase in the value of an existing property.
