According to Eurostat (European statistics Agency) real estate prices in Bulgaria to 2018 increased by 5.5%. The rate of growth achieved in the past year, the smallest in 2016.
The growth rate of cost per square meter of Bulgaria took 16th place among EU member States.

- Slovenia: +18,2%
- Latvia: +11,8%
- Czech Republic: +9,9%
- The Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg: +9,3%
- Hungary: +8,9%
- Poland: +7,6%
- Lithuania: +7,4%
- Ireland: +7,2%
For comparison, in 2017, the growth in property prices in Bulgaria grew by more than 8%.
