In the third quarter of 2015 compared to the same period last year marked increase of 11.1% growth in the number of permits issued for the construction of residential properties. The number of apartments planned for construction of residential complexes has also grown – the increase compared with the third quarter of 2014 amounted to almost 36%.
In the third quarter an increase was observed also in comparison with the second trimester of the current year. The increase in the number of permits issued amounted to 1.2%, with 35% rise in the number of apartments.

- Sofia – 179;
- Plovdiv – 167;
- Varna – 106;
- Burgas – 105.
