According to local news portal NewsBg with reference to the Bulgarian Minister of regional development for the first 3 months of 2015 in Bulgaria a record increase in the volume of construction. Achieved in the current year indicators 6 times exceeded the last year's figures.
According to the Minister, a significant increase in the volume of construction fell not only on infrastructure projects, has significantly increased the volume of construction in the residential and industrial sectors. For the first quarter of 2015 the volume of construction increased by 6 times in comparison with indicators of the similar period of 2014. These data were presented to the public by the Minister at the conference “Successful real estate transactions” held in “Grand Hotel Sofia”.
The Minister noted that the Bulgarian government is pushing hard for further development of the real estate market. Efforts are focused on the development and implementation of projects on development of infrastructure and the cadastral system optimization. Working in a second direction will promote the further growth of real estate transactions by simplifying procedures and increasing the transparency of operations.
