In the second quarter 2015 average prices of residential property in the capital of Bulgaria grew by 6% compared with the same period of 2014, as compared with the first quarter of 2015 - 1%. These data are published by the portal “PRIAN.ru” referring to real estate Agency “BULGARIAN PROPHETIC”.
According to the Agency, on the capital's housing market is observed to increase almost all indicators: real estate prices, the number of transactions of sale and purchase, of total mortgage loans.
