Citizens of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, urgently wishing to apply for a visa to Bulgaria now need to pay 350 rubles more, namely – 4270 RUB. While a visa fee for citizens of other countries also went up by 300 rubles and amounted 3660 rubles. But the service fee will be 1159 rubles.
