French investors and Bulgarian builders along with the owners of existing ski resorts of Bulgaria decided to combine their efforts and create new, high-tech ski resort, to the delight of winter tourists, near the town of Sapareva Banya and the town under native Bulgarian name Govedartsi.
It is estimated that the construction of the project will require investments worth 550 million Euros, which will serve as a generous infusion in need of the Bulgarian economy and will create new jobs and as a consequence develop the already not a small demand for mountain real estate and local resorts.
Bulgarian – French project envisages the construction of more than 155 modern ski slopes of varying difficulty, as well as the construction of water parks and 80 other objects and entertainment destination that will appeal to tourists accustomed to spend a winter vacation on a budget the slopes of Bulgaria.
