The slow decline of new construction in Bulgaria demonstrated the fourth quarter of 2012. So, in comparison with similar indicators of 2011, the pace of new construction has been slowed by approximately 17%. However, according to the National Association of agencies for the sale of immovable property, the number of modern apartments in Bulgaria on the contrary increased. This growth was also registered representatives of the Institute of statistics (NIS) in Bulgaria, according to their estimates, the number of commissioned apartments increased by almost 7.5%.
Meanwhile, in comparison with the reporting data of the third quarter of the past year, the number of permits issued for new construction in Belarus decreased by 14.4%, while the number of commissioned apartments was increased by 16.5%.
