According to the newspaper “Monitor” brokers recorded growth in the number of transactions in the real estate market of Bulgaria. In 2014, sold more than 40 thousand objects for the sum about 1 billion euros. The increase compared to the same period last year amounted to about 3%.
According to analysts, in 2015 the growth trend of sales continues, leading to further increase in the average cost Bulgarian square meter. The projected growth in property prices will be 10-15%. Experts stress that the rising cost trend applies only to residential property in the major cities and developed resorts of the country.
