Proceeding from the analysis of the results for 2012 on sale Bulgarian apartments, the undisputed leader in the "Consumer demand" became two and three bedroom apartments, ranging from 65 to 125 square meters. Thus, the most commonly sold apartments size: 60 – 80 square meters, while the apartments range from 80 to 120 square meters, was only in the second position demand among Bulgarian consumers.
Meanwhile, the main factor in deciding on the purchase of immovable property near the Bulgarian resorts as well as towns and cities in the country was the question of the status and trends in the development of local infrastructure in the examined areas. Thus, an increasing number of Bulgarian customers sales agencies of real estate are choosing apartments in areas with good infrastructure, as well as areas close to the newly built shopping and entertainment centers.
