The percentage of permits issued for the construction of seasonal and permanent housing in Bulgaria exceeded more than 41.5% of the number of permits issued in the first quarter of 2012. According to the National Institute of statistics at the beginning of the summer season the number of permits exceeded 1228, indicating proportionate to the existing demand on tourist estates in Bulgaria.
The constant increase of offers on the real estate market opens new horizons to investors hungry for the long-term prospects of increasing their capital. So, at the beginning of the second quarter of 2012 the number of issued building permits have exceeded five hundred. It is noteworthy that in the list of buyers of Bulgarian properties are leading forward-thinking Russians, and considering the latest innovations to enter the country, the statistics will only increase.
