According to the National statistics Institute with reference to the news portal newsbg, for the first three months of 2015 in Bulgaria the number of commissioned residential buildings amounted to 558, an increase of 4.9% compared with the same indicator 2014.
During the period under review was commissioned of new housing 75,3% were in private houses designed for one family, and only 13.2% of multi-apartment buildings. Marked growth was associated with the increase in commissioned private homes.
The five areas according to the number of new buildings is as follows:
- Burgas province (64 objects);
- Plovdiv region (63 objects);
- Varna region (59 objects);
- Sofia and Stara Zagora region (39 objects).
Among commissioned residential properties most three areas (33.2 per cent), followed by one-bedroom apartment (32,8%). Less total rooms 6 or more rooms - about 5%. A significant increase compared with the first quarter of 2014 is observed in the segment of residential properties with 5 rooms.
