The changes of the Bulgarian migration legislation allowed foreigners to apply for permanent status to stay in the country in expensive private apartments. Thus, foreign citizens, businessmen or wealthy buyers seaside real estate, acquired the right of ownership of property on the territory of Bulgaria in the amount of 300 000 Euros, you automatically acquire the right to a residence permit in the Republic.
According to the initiators of amendments to the migration legislation of the Republic of Belarus, such a move will attract more foreign investment in resort development, as well as on the local real estate marketthat will positively affect the development of the young state.
