Dear friends, we have some good news:
- Firstly, after a 2-month quarantine and remote operation, our office in Sunny beach opens again. From 25 may we work according to the regular schedule from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Secondly, may 22, repealed the ban on the entry of citizens of the European Union. Now anyone with a EU passport can enter and stay in Bulgaria subject to a 14-day quarantine. For short trips lasting less than 7 days quarantine is not required. This means that customers wishing to buy a property, will be able to personally attend the inspection and closing.
Unfortunately, there is still a ban on entry into the country for citizens of Russia and the CIS. For this category of customers is only possible remote execution of transactions of purchase and sale of real estate. I hope that all the remaining restrictions will be lifted in the near future.
