The growth trend of prices per square meter in new buildings, changed the unprecedented reduction in the cost of modern apartments, which had long distressed investors. Besides, along with record volumes after the crisis of Bulgarian property sales recorded increasing demand for accreditation of purchase family housing and approval of a large number of new construction projects.
Meanwhile, the tide has not affected all segments of the Bulgarian real estate market. So, apartments in ski resorts are still experiencing the peak of the economic crisis, which allows experienced investors to acquire profitable yet cheap accommodation.
