Good day to All. Just a few days ago, we sold our apartment in Sunny beach through the Agency "BolgarskiyDom" and would like to Express our great gratitude, in particular to agent Anna.
We planned to fly out in the summer to relax and put the apartment up for sale, but because of the coronavirus, we could not do this, and to our happiness, Anna called us and said that there are potential buyers for our apartment. We, of course, were very skeptical about what can be sold remotely, even without coming there. So there were a lot of questions, but we must pay tribute to Anna, her patience and endurance, she answered all our questions and explained if something was not clear to us.
The First buyer broke down, but Anna quickly found a new one, was able to keep him, resolve all issues with him and set a deal. We trusted Anna, completed all the necessary documents and sent them to Bulgaria. Bottom line: the apartment was sold in less than 2 months, the money was transferred in 3 days, we are happy!
