We are a married couple from Finland. We already had three apartments in Sunny Beach, so we had some experience about different real estate agencies, but unfortunately they have not always been really good. Sometimes they are not interested to answer our questions or they won’t explain things clearly.
We saw an interesting studio apartment in Bolgarskiy Dom’s website and we contacted Anna and she replied immediately. She recommended us another studio which she thought would be better for us. She was very helpful and she answered for every question we had. She even helped us with electricity contract and we really appreciate it. We bought the studio online without seeing it, but we knew we could trust everything will be fine.
This time, this is not just an apartment, this is our home. We are very pleased with Bulgarskiy Dom and we will recommend it.
