We were very happy to buy apartments in Bulgaria. But life, as always, makes its adjustments and, unfortunately, it became necessary to sell them.
Tried to sell through the firm, which bought the apartment, but as it turned out, we as the clients are they needed only when buying. Then they were so cute! But as had to contact them, but to have to sell the apartment, did not respond to calls, not answering emails, it was impossible to reach, even before the leadership...All of this lasted very long.
Then choose Agency from the Internet and all sent applications for sale. Silence. Said only one "Bulgarian house" (office Sunny beach), namely Anna Pisareva. Oh, how I was happy! This girl was very nice, punctual, always on connected, which was extremely surprising at first. It turns out that in Bulgaria there are specialists. She was not only in touch, competently answered all the questions on the situation, but competently handled all of the nuances arising from the transaction. And so we have created her hands full!
The transaction was remote, we did not come to Bulgaria, all matters, powers of attorney, contracts have been agreed. The money was instantly received. All of us was easy!
