We thank the company " BolgarskiyDom" for a successful transaction when buying real estate in the complex "Apollo". The entire process – from searching for apartments to registration of ownership-was organized by the company's employees. We are impressed by the professionalism and organization of our employees, care for our clients and the desire to solve any issues.
Special thanks to Anna, who worked directly with us. We received qualified answers to all our questions from Anna. She picked up quite a large number of objects according to our parameters, showed them to us, but always carried them in her car.
The choice was really very large, but we were always not satisfied with something in this or that object. At the same time, Anna never tried to put pressure on us, wanting to sell a profitable object for the company. We must have exhausted her with our "wishlist". However, the apartments that satisfied us in all respects were found!
Then there was the paperwork process, which was also organized at the highest level. Anna sent us drafts of contracts, supporting documents, and told us about the registration procedure itself. Then, on the day of making the transaction, she sat with us for hours in the Bank waiting for the queue to make the transfer (Yes, Bulgarian banks do not work quickly). And after the transaction was completed, Anna did not leave us, but continued to help in re-signing service contracts.
