Amadeus 19

Amadeus 19 is a completed gated complex in the quiet north-western part of Sunny Beach, in a residential area away from the busy resort centre. The building has Act 16, six floors, two sections and lifts. The beach is about 600 m away on foot. Supermarkets, cafés, a market and an aquapark are within walking distance.

What to know before you buy

• Completed complex. Amadeus 19 has been put into operation and has Act 16. Apartments are sold on the resale market. You can view the apartment itself and the condition of the building, pool and common areas in advance, and start using the property right after the deal.
• Studios and one-bedroom apartments. The complex offers studios of roughly 29–42 sq. m and one-bedroom apartments of about 71 sq. m. Most apartments are sold furnished, but their condition and contents depend on the specific property.
• Grounds. Owners have an outdoor pool with a children's section, a relaxation area with sun loungers, a children's playground, landscaped grounds and parking. The complex has a reception, the grounds are fenced, access is controlled and there is security.
• Location. The complex is in the residential part of the resort. Nearby are supermarkets, including Lidl, a fruit and vegetable market, pharmacies, restaurants and children's entertainment. In summer it is quieter here than near the central promenade, and the nearby shops stay open outside the season too.
• Distance to the sea. The beaches of Sunny Beach are about 600 m away, roughly an 8–10 minute walk. You don't need a car to get to the sea every day. If a beachfront location or a sea view matters most, compare this option with complexes closer to the shore: they are usually more expensive per square metre.

Amadeus 19 is located in the part of Sunny Beach with more residential buildings and less resort nightlife. At the same time, the beach, the resort's main streets, the aquapark and entertainment are within walking distance, and Nessebar and Burgas are easy to reach by car or public transport.

Amadeus 19 suits buyers looking for a spacious apartment with a separate bedroom by the sea — for family holidays, renting out or long stays. The complex's strengths are Act 16, generous apartment sizes, the pool, security and a quiet location close to shops.
