Aphrodite Gold is a small residential complex in the central part of Sunny Beach, about 500 metres from the sea. Two five-storey buildings hold 67 apartments in total: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 45 to 115 sq m. The gated grounds have a pool with a children's area, a reception, lifts, parking, controlled access and CCTV.
What to know before you buy
Apartments. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments of roughly 45 to 115 sq m. With only 67 apartments, the complex is quieter than the large resort complexes.
Finishing. Apartments are handed over turnkey: brick walls, laminate floors, double glazing, an insulated facade, a fitted bathroom and an air conditioner. Furniture is chosen separately.
Pool and grounds. A pool with a children's area, with umbrellas and sun loungers in summer. The grounds are gated, with controlled access and CCTV all year round.
Parking and storage. There is parking, including underground spaces, and storage rooms.
Maintenance fee. The annual fee covers the upkeep of the shared grounds, the pool and security. We confirm the exact amount for a specific apartment before the deal.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment and the building and the terms of the contract.
The complex stands in a quiet, green area next to the year-round Mladost supermarket. A park with a playground and a sports ground, cafés, pharmacies, a bus stop for Nessebar and Burgas and the bus station are nearby, so it is comfortable to live here outside the season too.
Aphrodite Gold suits buyers looking for an apartment in a small, quiet complex with a pool for summer holidays, renting out or living by the sea all year. Studios work well for holidays and rentals, two-bedroom apartments for families.
