Aphrodite Park is a residential complex in a quiet green part of Sunny Beach, next to a park with playgrounds and sports grounds, about 900 metres from the sea. Two five-storey buildings with lifts face each other across a courtyard with a pool. The complex has one-bedroom apartments of roughly 38 to 72 sq m and penthouses of about 120 sq m.
What to know before you buy
Location. A calm green area by the park: the beach is about 900 metres away, shops and cafés are nearby, and the resort bustle stays at a distance.
Apartments. One-bedroom apartments with balconies; ground-floor units have their own fenced gardens, and the top floor has penthouses with large terraces. They are usually sold furnished and with appliances — we check the condition of each one.
Pool and courtyard. An outdoor pool with a children's area, a playground and a landscaped courtyard.
Buildings. Two five-storey buildings with lifts.
Security. The grounds have video surveillance.
All year round. The complex is open all year and suits both holidays and permanent living.
Documents. Before a deposit is paid, we check the documents for the apartment, that there are no maintenance fee arrears, and the terms of the contract.
Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the coast, with a wide sandy beach. Shops, pharmacies and cafés stay open out of season; Nessebar is a few minutes away by car, Burgas airport about half an hour.
Aphrodite Park suits families and buyers looking for a quiet place by the park to live all year or for calm holidays.
