Complex Arena 1

Arena 1 is a completed premium-class seafront complex in Sveti Vlas, close to the beach and Marina Dinevi yacht marina. The complex opened in 2008, was built by Dinevi Group and was commissioned with Act 16. Its residential sections are arranged around a landscaped courtyard with swimming pools.

What you need to know about the complex

• Location. Arena 1 is located directly beside the beach and Marina Dinevi yacht marina. The seafront promenade, restaurants, bars, shops and a public transport stop are all nearby.
• Apartments. The complex offers studios, apartments with one or more bedrooms, spacious multi-room apartments and maisonettes. The apartments have balconies overlooking the sea, the swimming pool or the inner garden.
• Finishing. The apartments were handed over fully finished and ready to move into. The original specification included tiled floors, windows with German-made profiles, entrance and internal doors, fully fitted bathrooms, air conditioning and ventilation.
• Swimming pools and grounds. The courtyard has two outdoor swimming pools, including a children's area. They are surrounded by relaxation areas, landscaped green spaces and a children's playground.
• Spa and sports. Arena 1's facilities include a spa centre, gym and tennis court. These complement the wider resort amenities of the Marina Dinevi area.
• Restaurants and services. There is a restaurant, bar and supermarket within the complex and nearby. The upper part of the grounds is home to the open-air Arena amphitheatre and the Orthodox Church of St Blaise.
• Security. Arena 1 benefits from permanent security and CCTV. The common areas are maintained by the Dinevi Resort management company.
• Parking. The complex's communal parking area is located in the upper part of the grounds, next to the amphitheatre and the Church of St Blaise.

Arena 1 occupies a central position within the Dinevi Resort area. The lower part of the complex opens onto the beach and yacht marina, while the upper part leads towards the amphitheatre and church. Restaurants, shops, the seafront promenade and other resort amenities are all within walking distance.
