Complex Atlantis

Atlantis, also known as Atlantis Resort, is a completed residential complex in the Sarafovo neighbourhood of Burgas, approximately 200 metres from the beach. It is the largest completed project by Atlantis Bulgaria Holding: five buildings form a unified architectural ensemble resembling a ship moored in Burgas Bay. Construction was completed in 2008, and the complex has been commissioned with Act 16.

What you need to know about the complex

• Buildings. Atlantis comprises five buildings. Three are interconnected, while the other two are closer to the sea and have separate entrances. The buildings are equipped with lifts.
• Apartments. The complex offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom maisonettes. Some of the apartments and terraces face the sea, the swimming pools or the inner garden.
• Original specification. The apartments were handed over fully finished, furnished and equipped with fitted kitchens and the necessary household appliances. The bathrooms were fully finished and fitted with sanitary ware.
• Swimming pools and grounds. Between the buildings is a landscaped courtyard with a cascade of outdoor pools of varying depths, including children's areas. The grounds also feature gardens, green spaces and relaxation areas.
• Spa and fitness. The complex is home to Atlantis SPA, which has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms and massage rooms. A fitness centre is also available.
• For children. The grounds include a children's play village, an outdoor playground and a kids' club.
• Restaurants and shops. The complex has the LOFT restaurant, a poolside bar, a grocery shop and a pharmacy. The restaurant and spa centre are open all year round.
• Security. The complex is protected by 24-hour security and CCTV. Access to its inner areas is organised through the entrances to the residential buildings.
• Parking. Parking spaces are provided next to the buildings, and bicycle racks are installed within the grounds.
• Act 16 and year-round use. Atlantis has Act 16 and is located in a residential area of Burgas with year-round urban infrastructure. The commercial premises, common areas and grounds are maintained by the management company.

Atlantis is situated in the southern part of Sarafovo. There is a public transport stop in front of the complex, providing connections to the centre of Burgas and other parts of the city. Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, schools, nurseries and sports facilities are all nearby. Burgas International Airport is also close to Sarafovo.

The complex combines the advantages of a city apartment with those of a resort property: a sandy beach is close by, while swimming pools, a spa, restaurant, shops, children's facilities and secure grounds are available on site. Thanks to its location within Burgas, Atlantis is suitable for both seaside holidays and permanent living.
