For a 65 sq. m apartment, this amounts to around €600–650 annually; for 90 sq. m, approximately €830–900. The exact rate should be confirmed against the contract for the chosen apartment.
• Rooftop pool. Unlike many complexes in Sunny Beach, the swimming pool is located on the roof of the building. There is a seating area with views over the resort and the surrounding hills. Before buying, clarify the pool’s operating season.
• Lift and year-round living. The building has a lift and holds Act 16. The complex is maintained throughout the year, and current listings confirm the regular residential electricity tariff, so an apartment here can be considered for more than just summer holidays.
• Parking. Parking spaces are provided for residents, although recent listings sometimes mention a separate fee for their use. A private space is not automatically included in the price of every apartment, so the terms should be clarified before buying.
• Central location. Barco Del Sol is located close to the central pedestrian area rather than on the outskirts of the resort. The beach is just a few minutes away on foot, while a medical centre, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafés and public transport are all nearby. For the apartment currently offered by BolgarskiyDom, buyers do not pay an agency commission.
