Bay View Villas

Bay View Villas is a gated complex of villas in Kosharitsa, on a hill above Sunny Beach, 3 km from the beach. The complex is built in traditional Bulgarian style, and many of the houses enjoy views of the bay. It offers apartments in villas, two-level maisonettes and detached houses of various sizes. On site there is a swimming pool, a spa with a sauna and steam bath, a fitness studio and green areas.

What to know before buying

• Distance to the sea. About 3 km, a 5–7 minute drive to the beaches of Sunny Beach. In return, the hillside location offers views of the bay, and the complex itself stays quiet and peaceful even at the height of the season.
• Types of property. The complex consists of villas of different types, from single-family houses to villas with several apartments. Some apartments have their own small gardens or large terraces with sea views.
• Year-round living. The complex operates all year round, and Kosharitsa is a quiet village away from the resort bustle. Many buyers choose it not only for holidays but also for permanent life by the sea.
• Transport and amenities. A grocery shop, cafés and restaurants are nearby, and the bus stop is about 1 km away. Burgas Airport is around 30 km away.
• Documents. The complex is completed and has Act 16. Before a deposit is paid, we check the title, the absence of encumbrances and debts, and whether the actual layout matches the documents.
